Pulte Home Company, LLC hereby requests proposals to provide services relating to the following:
Depue Wells Road Segment C

Bid packages for the above work items will be available via electronic transmission from the office of Clearview Land Design, P.L. Each Bid Package will include, but not be limited to, the Request for Proposals, proposal and contract documents, and construction plans and specifications. To access the bid documents, please attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting to be held via MS Teams Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 10:30AM. Please contact Heather Meyer at heather.meyer@clearviewland.com to be added to the pre-bid meeting invite.

Pulte Home Company, LLC has the right to reject any and all proposals, make modifications to the work, and waive any minor informalities and irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion that it is in the best interest of the project to do so. The successful proposer must execute a contract with the Pulte Home Company and file the requisite Performance and Payment Bonds and insurance within after the receipt of the Notice of Award.

Firms desiring to provide services for this project must submit an electronic proposal and one (1) Excel file of the Schedule of Values and a linked schedule with an anticipated start date to final completion by no later than Noon on Friday December 5, 2025, Attention: Clearview Land Design via email heather.meyer@clearviewland.com; jake.sanders@clearviewland.com; and Pulte Homes via email jenna.walters@pultegroup.com. Any proposal not completed as specified or missing the required proposal documents as provided in the Bid Package may be disqualified.
