NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

The TAMPA SPORTS AUTHORITY has received an unsolicited proposal to install Livestreaming Content Management and Software Services System at the Hillsborough County Tournament Sportsplex.

The Authority hereby issues Public Notice of its intent to receive other proposals for the same service/project as stated above. Proposals can be submitted at the office of the Tampa Sports Authority located at 4201 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, Florida 33607. Proposals can also be emailed to bids@tampasportsauthority.com.

The Authority will accept proposals from Monday, November 3, 2025, through close of business on Friday, January 2, 2026.

Proposals will be reviewed by staff on Monday, January 5, 2026. A final selection will be made by Thursday, January 8, 2026. Written notice will be given to all proposers.

The TAMPA SPORTS AUTHORITY reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive irregularities, if any, and accept the proposal, which in the judgment of the Authority, is determined to be in its best interest.
