SPOIL ISLAND 2D REHABILITATION (REBID)
Port Tampa Bay (PTB) is advertising an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for firms / individuals qualified to rehabilitate a storm damaged soil levee/berm that is part of the 2D Island dredge spoil island.

The procurement document is available on DemandStar (a Euna Solutions Brand) (www.demandstar.com) Friday, December 12, 2025. All responses to the Procurement shall include completed procurement documents, including the respondent’s questionnaire. Firms failing to submit the required procurement documents may be deemed non-responsive.

PTB will hold a NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID TELECONFERENCE on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Prospective Respondents are not required to participate. If respondents choose to participate, they should view the documents and drone footage prior to the teleconference. See the Instruction to Bidders Section of the procurement document for the teleconference details.

Electronic submittals are due Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Interested firms should obtain a copy of the procurement instructions, submittal documents and submit a completed electronic response via DemandStar.

PTB encourages the use of registered Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms to the greatest extent possible on projects and has a goal of nine percent (9%) SBE participation. PTB will consider SBE participation when evaluating the responses.
