NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2025 and entered in case no: 2025-CC-004316, of the County Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Connerton II Community Association Inc., is Plaintiff, and Robert Charles Zoller, Jr. and Tourek Terrell Williams, et al. are the Defendant(s), the Office of Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Pasco County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM ET on January 8, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

“Lot 1, in Block 7, of CONNERTON VILLAGE 4 PHASE 1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 73, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.”
