NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 06, 2025, and entered in 24000528CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GLORIA E. MORALES, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RAFAEL ALEJANDRO MORALES, DECEASED; SARA MARTINEZ; WENCE MORALES; SAMANTHA MORALES; GABRIELLA MORALES are the Defendant(s). Doug Chorvat Jr. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hernando County Courthouse, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, at 11:00 AM, on December 30, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
