NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF OLDSMAR, FLORIDA

Notice is hereby given that the Oldsmar City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Council Chamber, 101 State Street West, Oldsmar. Following the Public Hearing, the Council will consider the following Conditional Use (CU) request:

Conditional Use Application, CU26-01, an application of Jesse Blackstock and Transworld Network, LLC, regarding the property located at 255 Pine Avenue North, Oldsmar, FL, 34677. A request for Conditional Use approval including an amended Site Plan (SA26-01) for a gastroenterology practice to permit an ambulatory surgery center with four (4) operating rooms and associated doctors’ offices within an existing 17,291-square-foot office building located at 255 Pine Avenue North, in the C-1 (Commercial Neighborhood) zoning district.

All interested parties may appear at the Council Meeting/Public Hearing and be heard with respect to the variance request.

The conditional use request and background materials are available at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 100 State Street, Oldsmar, Florida 34677, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at the Council Meeting/Public Hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings, and, for such purposes, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made. Verbatim transcripts are not furnished by the City. Arrangements should be made in advance should a verbatim transcript be required (i.e., Court reporter).
