NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” entered in Case No. 2024-CA-000368 on May 14, 2026, in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Citrus County, Florida, wherein CAGG Holdings, LLC, Plaintiff, and Kingdom Group Realty & Investments LLC, Defendant, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the real property situated in Citrus County, Florida, described below at Public Sale, online at www.citrus.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of June 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
