The Administration of the estate of PHILIP RAY TRAVIS, deceased, whose date of death was 11/28/2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pasco County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is West Pasco Judicial Center, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, Florida 34654. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representative’s Attorney are set forth below.
All interested persons are required to file with this Court WITHIN THREE MONTHS OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE; (i) all claims against the estate and (ii) any objection by an interested person on whom this notice was served that challenges the validity of the will, the qualifications of the personal representative, venue, or jurisdiction of the Court. Publication of this Notice was begun on July 18, 2025.
A personal representative has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the decedent’s death by the decedent or the decedent’s surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act as described in ss. 732.216-732.228, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor as specified under s. 732.2211.
