NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 15, 2026 and entered in Case No. 25000705CAAXMX, of the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for HERNANDO County, Florida, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and STEPHEN PETROVIC A/K/A STEVEN PETROVIC; MAYLENE PETROVIC; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS; SPRING RIDGE OF HERNANDO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; SYNCHRONY BANK; are defendants. DOUG CHORVAT, JR, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, at 20 NORTH MAIN STREET, BROOKSVILLE in HERNANDO County, FLORIDA 34601, at 11:00 A.M., on June 16, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 295, SPRING RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 45, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
