YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title and for deed reformation on the following property in Hillsborough County, Florida:

The East 1/2 of Tract 4 in the Northwest 1/4 and the South 150 feet of the West 1/2 of Tract 4 in the Northwest 1/4, of Section 11, Township 30 South, Range 19 East, of SOUTH TAMPA SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 3, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; LESS the North 150 feet of the East 1/2 of Tract 4 in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 11, Township 30 South, Range 19 East, of SOUTH TAMPA SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 3, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
