Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant
Coronavirus Relief Funding (CDBG-CV) Sidewalk Project

Notice is hereby provided that the City of New Port Richey is proposing to remove a sidewalk along Rio Drive from the Florida Small Cities CDBG-CV Sidewalk Project. All remaining areas previously identified in the scope of the project remain unchanged. The overall proposed project was to construct 10,602 linear feet of a six-foot (6 ft.) wide sidewalk system in areas of the city that are not currently serviced by a sidewalk network with an estimated cost of $973,986.

The City of New Port Richey City Council will review this matter at their regularly scheduled meeting on October 7, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 5919 Main Street, New Port Richey, Florida, 34652. This meeting is open to the public and are welcomed to attend and provide comment on this issue.
