Notice of Meeting

The Board of Supervisors of The Groves Community Development District will hold a meeting to discuss district contracts on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at The Groves Civic Center located at 7924 Melogold Circle, Land O’ Lakes, Florida, 34637.

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for Community Development Districts. Interested parties may refer to the District’s website for the latest information: https://www.thegrovescdd.org/.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place approved by the Board on the record at the meeting without additional publication of notice.

Any person requiring special accommodations at these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager’s Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
