NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City Commission of the City of Plant City, Florida will hold a public hearing to consider a resolution adopting the Capital Improvements Budget for the ensuing fiscal year and for the next four years thereafter. The public hearing shall be held on September 22, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the City Commission Chambers of the Nettie Berry Draughon Municipal Building (City Hall) at 302 West Reynolds Street, Plant City, Florida 33563. A resolution adopting the Capital Improvements Budget shall be considered by the City Commission upon the conclusion of the public hearing.
Any person with a disability requiring reasonable accommodation in order to participate in this meeting should call the City Clerk at (813) 659-4200 at least 48 hours prior to the public hearing.
All persons are advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
The capital improvements budget may be inspected by the public at the offices of the City Clerk at the Nettie Berry Draughon Municipal Building, 302 West Reynolds Street, Plant City, Florida or obtained by calling Kerri J. Miller, City Clerk at 659-4200 ext. 4119.
