NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Pinellas County Value Adjustment Board (“Board”) hereby gives notice that on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 commencing at 9:00 A.M. in the Clerk’s Large Conference Room, Fourth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, a public hearing will be held regarding the First Certification of the 2025 tax rolls and to consider any and all other matters that may legally come before said Board.
Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings, and, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
