NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 4, 2025 entered in Case No. 2024-CA-009130of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein IRAR TRUST FBO LAURA RITTER ACC #35 37563; and IRAR TRUST FBO ROBERT BOYD ACC #35 22564, are the Plaintiff(s) and VINKE INVESTMENTS LLC, a Florida limited liability company; MAGNOLIA PARK AT RIVERVIEW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a not for profit Florida corporation, are the Defendants, Victor Crist, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of November, 2025 at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
