You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been
entered in the estate of JOSEPH MICHAEL DOYLE, deceased, Case
No.: 2025-CP-1525, Probate Division, by the Circuit Court in and for Pasco
County, Florida, the address of which is Pasco County Courthouse, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 33525; that the decedent died on December 22, 2023, that the total value of the estate is less than $75,000.00 and that the name and address of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are: Mark Doyle, 1379 County Road 633, Enterprise, AL 36330 and Dianna Lynn Roberts, 9844 Cypresswood Drive, Houston, TX 77070.

ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT: All creditors of the
estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provisions for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with the court within the time periods set forth in Florida Statutes Section 733.702.
All CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WITH BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT’S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
