NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON APPEAL FOR PROPERTIES
LOCATED IN PASCO COUNTY
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, 33525, to consider an application for Appeal pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Section 407.1. The hearing will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application:
1. Appeal of Development Review Services Director Denial (APPEAL – 2025-00005) of Meadow Pointe II Community Development District Preliminary Site Plan Application (SITEPLN-2024-00162; PDE25-0306) generally located on Wrencrest Drive at the Meadow Pointe II Community Development District boundary in-between Blanchard Court & Rensselaer Drive in Pasco County, Florida (Property location: 31003 Wrencrest Drive, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543 — Parcel No.: 33-26-20-0120-00000-00A0).
