APPEAL FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED IN PASCO COUNTY
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 2, 2023, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, at 1:30 pm, to consider an application for appeal pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Section 407.1. The hearing will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application:

1. Appeal of a Determination by the Development Review Director (APPEAL-2025-00005) – Meadow Pointe II Community Development District (CDD) – An Appeal of the Determination of the Development Review Director to Deny a Request to Install a Gate Across Wrencrest Drive (SITEPLN-2024-00162) – Located on Wrencrest Drive
