YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by the Plaintiff, STEVEN D. CHAMPION, against you seeking to quiet title to real property located in Hernando County, Florida, which is more particularly described as follows:

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on COLEMAN P. HENGESBACH, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney whose address if 5438 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34606, on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Tampa Bay Times.
