NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 25000194CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and CAROLE DICECIO; BROOKRIDGE COMMUNITY PROPERTY OWNERS INC;, are Defendants.

I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, outside room 245, on the 2nd floor of the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, Brooksville, FL 34601, at 11:00 AM, on the 14 day of October, 2025, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment,
to wit:

LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 61, BROOKRIDGE COMMUNITY - UNIT FOUR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2003 PALM DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME, ID NOS. PH0614756AFL AND PH0614756BFL.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
