IN THE GUARDIANSHIP OF MICHAEL J WHITEHOUSE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Teri St Hilaire, as Guardian of MICHAEL J WHITEHOUSE, an incapacitated person, now deceased, has deposited with me, as the Clerk and Comptroller of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, the sum of $3483.94, representing unclaimed funds belonging to the Guardianship of MICHAEL J WHITEHOUSE, now deceased.

The undersigned Clerk and Comptroller, shall hold said funds for a period of six (6) months from the date hereof, and shall thereafter deposit the funds with the State Treasurer, after deduction of the Clerk and Comptroller’s fee and cost of publication, all in accordance with §744.534 Fla. Stat.
