NOTICE OF SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION

The State of Indiana to the Defendant, and any other person who may be concerned: you are hereby notified that a complaint for damages has been filed against you in the St. Joseph County Circuit Court.
The suit alleges that Defendant Bridal Path Pit, LLC has defaulted on payments due and owing to Plaintiff. Nicholas A. Digiulio III has also defaulted on his guaranty to Plaintiff as well.
This notice of summons by publication is specifically directed to Defendant, Nicholas A. Digiulio III, whose whereabouts are unknown. This notice shall be published three (3) times in the Tampa Bay Chronicles, in Tampa Bay, Florida, a newspaper authorized by law to publish notices, the first publication of which notice is to be done promptly and each two (2) succeeding publications at least seven (7) days and not more than fourteen (14) days after the prior publication.
If Defendant objects, he may appear, by himself or with his attorney, within thirty (30) days after the last day of the publication of this notice. If Defendant fails to do so, a judgment will be entered against him for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
