NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem) dated September 11, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 25000097CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and JENNIFER AMICO; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A KENDALL HENSELER, are Defendants.

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
