The Board of Supervisors of the Heritage Springs Community Development District will hold their meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 in the auditorium of the Heritage Springs Community Clubhouse, 11345 Robert Trent Jones Parkway, New Port Richey, Florida 34655 on the third Monday of the following months at 2:30 p.m. (unless otherwise specified below) as follows:

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
