The Board of Supervisors of the WaterGrass Community Development District II will hold their regular monthly meetings for Fiscal Year 2025/2026 at the WaterGrass Club, located at 32711 Windelstraw Drive, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545 at 10:00 a.m., on the third Wednesday of every month unless indicated otherwise:

The meetings will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for community development districts. Any meeting may be continued in progress to a time, date, and location stated on the record without additional publication of notice. Copies of the agendas for the meetings listed above may be obtained from Inframark, Community Management Services, 11555 Heron Bay Blvd, Suite 201, Coral Springs, Florida 33076 or (954) 603-0033, one week prior to the meeting.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.
In accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District’s management company office, Inframark, Infrastructure Management Services at (813) 991-4014 at least two (2) business days prior to the date of the hearing and meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
