NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) will hold a public hearing at the West Pasco Government Center Board Room, 1st floor, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, Florida 34654 on October 21, 2025, at 1:30 PM, to consider a petition submitted by Thomas Gazell, to vacate the following platted drainage/utility easement:

The East 5 feet of the West 10 feet of Lot 216, FOREST HILLS EAST UNIT 2, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 146, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

All affected parties have a right to appear at this public hearing, to be heard regarding these issues, and to file written objections with the BCC, at the address above, before the public hearing. All interested persons in support of, or opposed to the vacation, are invited to attend the public hearing and give comment.
