The Board of Supervisors of The Hammocks Community Development District will hold their meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 at the Brentwood Clubhouse, 8504 Sandpiper Ridge Avenue, Tampa, Florida on the second Wednesday of every month at 8:00 a.m. as follows unless indicated otherwise:

Meetings may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors may participate by telephone.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
