YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Unit Lot No. 50 of COTEE RIVER PARK, a Cooperative Mobile Home Community according to Exhibit “B” attached to the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 3854, Page 939, of the Public Records of Pasco County, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid
