Community Development District

The Board of Supervisors of Live Oak No. 1 Community Development District will hold their meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 at the Live Oak Clubhouse, 9401 Oak Preserve Boulevard, Tampa, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the third Tuesday of every other month as indicated below:

October 21, 2025 April 21, 2026
December 16, 2025 June 16, 2026
February 17, 2026 August 18, 2026

Meetings may be continued in progress to a time, date, and location stated on the record without additional publication of notice. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors may participate via phone. Any person requiring special accommodations at these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service by dialing 7-1-1, or 1-800-955-8771 (TTY) / 1-800-955-8770 (Voice), for aid in contacting the District Manager’s Office.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
