LOT 7, BLOCK 3, THE VILLAGE AT HILL’N DALE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 56 AND 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
