NOTICE OF EMERGENCY MEETING
HILLTOP POINT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

An emergency meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Hilltop Point Community Development District is scheduled to be held on Monday, October 6, 2025 at 11:15 a.m. at The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tampa Suncoast Parkway located at 16615 Crosspointe Run, Land O’Lakes, FL 34638. The emergency meeting is being held for the necessary public purpose to ensure adequate infrastructure and utilities are available to serve the property within the boundary of the District in a timely manner. At such time the Board is so authorized and may consider any business that may properly come before it.

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued without further notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meetings listed above may be obtained from Inframark, 2005 Pan Am Circle, Suite 300, Tampa, Florida 33607 (813) 873-7300 (“District Manager’s Office”).

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. In accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager’s Office. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at (800) 955-8770 for aid in contacting the District Manager’s Office at least two (2) days prior to the date of the hearing and meeting.

Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
