YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title has been filed against you regarding the following real property located in Hillsborough County, Florida that is located at or near:

A 16.0 Foot More or Less Tract of Land Lying in the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 30 South, Range 18 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, Being More Particularly Described as Follows:

The South 16.0 Feet, of the North 2086.0 Feet, l\•fore or Less of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 20, Township 30 South, Range 18 East, Said Tract Lying Adjacent and Abutting the North Lines of Blocks 33 and 34 , in a Subdivision of a Part of Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 30 South, Range 18 East, According to the Plat or Map Thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 72 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and the South Line of the North 2070.0 Feet of the Aforementioned Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 30 South, Range 18 East. The East Side Line of Said Tract as Extended Northerly with the Bast Line of Said Block 24, to a Point on the South Line of the North 2070 Feet and the West Line of Said Tract as Extended Northerly with the West Line of Said Block 33, to a Point on the South Line of the North 2070 Feet.

Said Parcel Containing 14,864 Square Feet or 0.34 Acres More or Less.

You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Bart R. Valdes, Esq., OSK Law, 609 W. Horatio St., Tampa, Florida 33606, within 30 days after the first date of publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Hillsborough County Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, Florida 33602, either before service on Plaintiff’s counsel or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
