The District’s Board of Supervisors (“Board”) is expected to consider all proposals at their regularly scheduled meeting on November 10, 2025. PLEASE PLAN ON ATTENDING THE MEETING TO PRESENT YOUR PROPOSAL AND RESPOND TO QUESTIONS FROM THE BOARD. Price will be one factor considered by the Board, but the District explicitly reserves the right to award the contract to a firm that does not submit the proposal with the lowest price. Further, the District has the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any technical errors, informalities, or irregularities if it determines it is in the best interest of the District to do so.
