NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure After Default entered on October 2, 2025, in Case No. 25-001033-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which HANCOCK WHITNEY BANK, a Mississippi state chartered bank, a Mississippi state chartered bank is Plaintiff, and MICHELLE RENEE BECKNER is the Defendant. KEN BURKE, Clerk of Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property:

Lot (s) 19 and 20, Block A, SECOND ADDITION TO BELMONT, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 88, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

THE SALE will be held at 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on December 2, 2025, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
