HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY (AUTHORITY)
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The Authority intends to negotiate and award a contract with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (Esri®) for its ArcGIS, a Geographic Information System (GIS) software that maps all key assets and facilities, manages emergency and scheduled maintenance, and support FAA inspection requirements. Firms who believe they can meet or exceed these requirements must provide in writing convincing technical data sufficient to support their position.
