Professional Property Management Services for Meridian River Development Corporation (MRDC)

The Housing Authority of the City of Tampa (THA), is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Professional Property Management Services for Meridian River Development Corporation (MRDC). The Authority intends to award a single contract to the most responsive individual or firm whose experience and fee is most advantageous to the Authority. The form of contract will be a one-year base contract with the option of extending for an additional year to year period not to exceed five (5) years. The contract will allow for an indefinite quantity delivery of services under a task order-based contract to the selected Property Management Firm.

All perspective firms must obtain an official copy of the RFP from THA in order to be considered.

The deadline for submitting proposals is Monday, November 10, 2025, 2:00 PM (EST).
