PUBLIC NOTICE
The Pasco County Building and Construction Services, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the Pasco County intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located east of I-75, and south of Clinton Ave Extension (SR-52), along the east and west side of Mirada Blvd and as far south as Tyndall Road.

As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase and be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall increase, decrease and be established within the area of revision.

Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the Pasco County at West Pasco Government Center, 8661 Citizens Drive, Suite 100, New Port Richey, Fl 34654. Interested persons may call Mr. Anthony Mastracchio, CBO, Building Official at (727) 847-8126 for additional information from 8 AM to 5 PM during working hours to discuss.
