NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 9, 2025 in Civil Case No. 23001663CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida, wherein NEW AMERICAN FUNDING LLC F/K/A BROKER SOLUTIONS INC. DBA NEW AMERICAN FUNDING is Plaintiff and Christopher Lashon Cloud, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Doug Chorvat Jr., CGCIO, CPM, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, FL, 34601 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28 day of October, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

Lot 19, Block 1366, SPRING HILL UNIT 20, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 65, Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
