NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on October 7, 2025 and entered in Case No. 24000843CAAXMX in the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS AND ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST LAWRENCE PADRON, DECEASED., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, DOUG CHORVAT JR., CGCIO, CPM, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, outside of Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601 on November 25, 2025, at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 612, SPRING HILL UNIT 10 AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 54-66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and commonly known as: 2288 EVENGLOW AVENUE, SPRING HILL, FL 34609 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
