PUBLIC NOTICE INTENT TO NEGOTIATE (ITN)
REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE SERVICES

The School District of Hardee County is seeking to solicit the services of a qualified professional real estate brokerage services team to support the District’s strategic initiatives. The selected firm will assist in making available commercial properties for lease or purchase and in identifying opportunities to improve and market available district properties to maximize value and efficiency.

Interested and qualified firms are invited to obtain a copy of the ITN document and submission requirements from the School District of Hardee County website (www.hardee.kl2.fl) or contacting Administrative Assistant, Joann McCray at jmccray@hardee.kl2.fl.us.
