Notice is hereby given that the St. Petersburg DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMISION will hold a PUBLIC HEARING beginning at 1:00pm, Wednesday Nov 5th, 2025, in the City Council Chamber of City Hall located at 175 5th St. N, to consider a Special Exception regarding rezoning the parcel to accommodate the needs of the adjacent school.

The proposed project is located at 1266 Snell Isle Blvd. NE, St Petersburg, FL 33712. The project consists of rezoning the lot to expand previously approved playfield use of adjacent lot 1256 Snell Isle Blvd NE. Adjacent Canterbury School - Hough Campus at 1200 Snell Isle Blvd NE purchased this residential property to relocate their students from a parking lot play area to a dedicated new green playfield for an improved environment for their students.
