AD HOC STRATEGIC PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING

The Tampa Sports Authority (TSA) announces the following public meeting in which all interested persons are invited – TSA Ad Hoc Strategic Planning Committee Meeting to consider TSA business.

Anyone wishing to access and participate in the meetings should contact the TSA Main Office at (813) 350-6500 or meetings@tampasportsauthority.com at least 24-hours in advance to obtain access information.

The Board has set aside 15-minutes at the beginning of each meeting to hear from the public. Participants are strongly encouraged to submit questions and comments for the Board’s consideration at least 24-hours in advance to meetings@tampasportsauthority.com or (813) 350-6500. Anyone wishing to participate for public comment in-person may visit the designated location of the meeting listed above.

Pursuant to the provision of the American with Disabilities Act, anyone requiring reasonable accommodation as provided for in the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact the Authority at least 5 days prior to the meeting.

If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board/Committee with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be issued.
