NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the October 23, 2025, Default Final Judgment Both of: Foreclosure; and of Reestablishment Both of Lost Agreement for Deed, and of Lost Mortgage Note, entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hernando County, Florida, I will sell the subject property situated in Hernando County, Florida, described as
The S½ of Tract 254 of Forest Hills, an unrecorded subdivision in S28, T21N, R20E, the same being more particularly described as: the lands described in ORB 2772, at Pages 336~338, together with the two (2) unit mobile home described therein; less the lands described in ORB 2942, at Pages 1777~1778; subject, however, to the easement described in ORB 1979, at Pages 1318~1319; subject further, however, to that certain retained-title Corrective Personal Representative’s Quit Claim Deed described in ORB 4437, at Pages 874~875; all thereof being in the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida; and together with all and singular the appurtenances appertaining thereto; subject, still further, both to all reservations, covenants, conditions, restrictions, and easements of record (if any), and to all applicable Land Development Regulations adopted by jurisdictional governmental authorities (if any).
