PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasadena Hills Planning and Policy Committee will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., and that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, at 1:30 p.m. to consider applications for rezoning pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 400. All hearings will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application(s):

Evans Properties Inc / Evans Parcel G-2 VOPH Sub Mod MPUD (RZ-7853) petition for a rezoning from a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District to a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District for a parcel located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Handcart Road and Kiefer Road (aka 19-25-21-0000-01400-0000).
2. Robert & Angela Allen Aborizk / FL-1884 Robert Aborizk (#CU26-02 aka CU25-13) petition for a conditional use for a 155-foot above-ground-level (AGL) monopine wireless communications facility (WCF) in an A-R Agricultural-Residential District for a parcel located on the north side of Simon Road, approximately 180 feet west of Old Simons Road (aka 33-25-21-0020-11400-0010) and will contain a proposed 159-foot AGL (155-foot WCF with a 4 foot lightening rod) WCF within a 4,900 square-foot fenced compound on the site containing approximately 5.61 acres.
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., and that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at the West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, at 1:30 p.m., to consider applications for rezoning and/or conditional use pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 400. All hearings will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application(s):
3. Kevin Singletary & Daien De Pasquale / De Pasquale (RZ-7899) petition for a rezoning from a C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District to a C-2 General Commercial District for a parcel located at the southwest corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Keena Street (aka 03-26-16-0070-01500-0000).
4. Little Gene D & Terry W & Peter A & ET AL / Decubellis & Little MPUD (RZ-7894) petition for a rezoning from a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District to a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District amending the conditions of approval for a revised roadway typical of the Plathe Road Extension and introduction of a Binding Concept Plan for the entire residential portion, generally located south of Decubellis Road and east of Little Road (aka 02-26-16-0010-00600-0000 et al).
5. Citrico Alliance, LLC / DRB Little and Ross MPUD (RZ-7893) petition for a rezoning from an A-C Agricultural District and a C-2 General Commercial District to allow for the maximum development of 74 single-family detached homes, generally located north of Ross Lane and approximately 500 feet east of Little Road (aka 26-25-16-0000-00400-0000).
6. 5415 Inc / Blackwell MF & Office Complex MPUD (RZ-7778) petition for a rezoning from an A-C Agricultural District and a C-2 General Commercial District to allow for the maximum development of 290 multi-family units and 50,000 square feet of commercial/medical uses, generally located north of State Road 54, approximately 0.33 mile south of the Starkey Boulevard and State Road 54 intersection (aka 30-25-17-0000-00600-0000.
7. 26318 Lawrence Avenue LLC / Bear Creek Group Home (#CU26-09 aka CU25-11) petition for a conditional use for a Residential Treatment and Care Facility in a R-4 High Density Residential District for a parcel located on the west side of Nature Trail, west of Zane Lane (aka 11-25-16-0160-00000-0010).

All hearings will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following applications:
8. Pallamari Properties LLC / Lakewood Duplex (SE-7902) petition for a duplex in a R-2 Low Density Residential District for a parcel located on the west side of Colony Road, approximately 830 feet north of Lakewood Drive.
