YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an Order to Demolish was recorded in the Official Records of Pasco County at Book: 11285 and Page: 3493 against the property located at 9645 JEROME DRIVE, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34654, Parcel #21-25-17-0130-22200-0610, with a legal description of:
Lots 61, 62 and 63, Block 222, MOON LAKE ESTATES UNIT THIRTEEN,
according to plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 6 through a, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

A Notice to Proceed has been sent to our contractor to demolish all structures to include its contents and to clear the lot of all structures and personal property. The cost incurred by Pasco County will be recorded as a lien against the property.
