YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 25-004719-CI to foreclose a Mortgage recorded on August 31, 2018 in Official Records Book 20189, Page 2107 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (the “Mortgage”), on the following property situated, lying and being in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as:

LOT 34, HOLIDAY GROVES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE(S) 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
