DREDGING (hereinafter “GATOR DREDGING”), as the owner of
the vessel SKEETER, FOR EXONERATION FROM OR
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CIVIL ACTION NO.: 8:25-cv-02244-SDM-LSG

Notice is given that the above-named Limitation Plaintiff has filed a Complaint pursuant to Sections 30501 to 30512 of Title 46 of the United States Code, for exoneration from or limitation of liability for all claims for any losses, damages, or injuries arising out of or occurring in connection with the vessel SKEETER on or about February 23, 2025, as is more fully described in the Complaint.
All persons having such claims must file their respective claims, as provided in Rule F of the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, with the Clerk of this Court and must serve a copy thereof on the attorneys for Limitation Plaintiff, Phillip S. Howell, Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith, 400 N. Ashley Dr., Suite 1000, Tampa, FL 33602 on or before the 31st day Of December, 2025, or be defaulted.
If any claimant desires to contest either the right to exoneration from or the right to limitation of liability, he/she shall file and serve on the attorneys an answer to the Complaint on or before the aforesaid date unless his/her claim has included an answer, so designated, or be defaulted.
