FY26 Regular Meeting Schedule

The Lake Magdalene Estates West Special Dependent Tax District will conduct its FY26 regular monthly meetings at the residence of 13347 Moran Drive, Tampa, Florida beginning at 7:00 PM. These regular monthly meetings will be held the last Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. All meetings are open to the public.
In accordance with Chapter 286, F.S., the public is advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of Trustees with respect to any matter considered at these hearings, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
All meeting facilities are accessible in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Any additional necessary accommodations will be provided with a 48 hour notice. For more information call 813-220-2649.
