NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2025, entered in Civil Case No,: 2025CA000104CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein FMF&J INVESTMENTS, LLLP is the Plaintiff and BLANCA RITA GIRON et al, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, via electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o’clock a.m. on the 5th day of January 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
