The Carrollwood Recreation District, a Florida independent special district, meets on the 2nd Monday of each month (except for January), at 6:30 p.m. The meetings are open to the public and held at the Carrollwood Recreation Center located at: 3515 McFarland Road, Tampa, Florida 33618.
